Web site easy to navigate. Clothing is of good quality at a fair price. Delivery is quick with sustainable packaging.

I purchased 2 dresses, both the same size. One of them fit but the other is way too big which i dont get when they are the same size from the same company. Lovely dresses though

Ordered a week ago and havent received it yet. Emailed to see where it was and no reply? No chat function or phone number so what do you do?

Mmm- think I ordered 14+ dresses (hugely discounted) and love them all ?. I have a petite frame (5ft 1 inches / size 8) and the dresses although slightly variable in sizing (one got returned as it was too small) are flattering. I’ve given a 5 star review but would be grateful for feedback on garment care. I’ve seen some reviews on other sites suggesting that the viscose material is likely to bobble / shrink / fade on washing.

Ordering online was very quick and easy. Delivery was within a few days. Very happy with the quality as well.

Have ordered a number of dresses recently in sale. All excellent value and lovely styles and material. Refunding on unsuitable items very quick and delivery by Royal Mail excellent.

Great to be packaged in paper, but the seal is insubstantial and was split when it arrived. Also, why package in paper then put all the items in plastic bags inside? Are they biodegradable as I am sure any returned items are then repackaged in a new plastic bag.
One item was not in the package. I received an email stating I had been given a refund, which I thought strange as I hadn't returned anything- no details of what the item was but I later discovered it was out of stock. Why then was it allowed on my order?
The billing is complex- the price you thing you paid isn't shown, instead the net price is show, then any discount applied then the VAT added. I was ordering for me and a friend and had to go through each item and manually calculate the price charged.

Arrived on time and super pleased with the quality, even better as purchased in the sale with an additional 20% off. It has converted me to the brand as could not fault the entire journey.

Ordered 3 dresses pleased with them all good quality and fit great that you do same styles in lots of different pattern materials will definitely be ordering more.

I love nobody’s child clothing, my most recent order was full of lovely things although sadly one dress the zip was broken…. Have emailed customer service but as yet not heard anything back

I have ordered a few times from Nobody's Child and each time delivery has been quick with full tracking. I have send one query regarding a discount that wasn't taken out which was resolved without question within 24hrs . Items really easy to return again with tracking and refund processed within 24hrs of receiving item back.
